Overview
Every year, a new cohort of students participated in the MPSP. Students do not only receive their onboarding tips from their universities but also from the central office.
To offer another experience of reading, we decided to digitalize the onboarding handbook on the LMS.
Process
Once I had the contexts from the marketing team, I decided to digitalize them via Articulate RISE. Since the team wanted to directly transfer the RISE version into PDF,
I had to arrange different blocks on one page or the other way around without the preview function from PDF.
Results and Giveaway
After multiple times, the handbook was digitalized and was published on the virtual campus. In conclusion, Articulate RISE is an amazing tool to digitalize a learning material for interactivities. But if some people want to just have a static version, Articulate RISE should offer a PDF preview function and have better compatibility.
